Dashboard
The brand dashboard shows brand users a clear summary of their AI presence. All scores are based on organic visibility: the system asks AI providers generic questions without mentioning the brand, then checks whether the AI recommends it on its own. This reflects what real customers experience when asking AI for advice. See the Overview & Scoring article for details.

Intelligence pages
My Visibility
A keyword-by-keyword breakdown of how the brand appears in AI responses. For each tracked keyword, brands can see:
- Whether they're being cited and by which AI providers
- Their Google organic ranking for that keyword
- Whether the keyword is in the priority tracking set
Why not cited? — For keywords with low visibility, brands can view AI-generated explanations for why the brand wasn't mentioned. These gap reasons are the most actionable starting point for improving content.
Competitors
Full competitor list with tier labels (Major / Peer), citation data, and ranking information.
Citation Sources
Shows which third-party websites AI models reference when answering the brand's tracked queries. High-opportunity sites are the best targets for press outreach, guest posts, or directory listings. See the Insights article for column details.
Trends & News
The brand's curated news feed — articles ranked by how relevant and commercially significant they are. See the Insights article for details on scoring and feedback.
Content Ideas
Content briefs derived from citation gaps — queries where AI answered without citing your brand but did cite specific competitors and authority sources. Each brief names what to publish and the structural elements AI is currently rewarding. Filter by language or focus on priority keyword topics.
Search Console Insights
Only visible when Google Search Console is connected.
Shows search performance data (clicks, impressions, CTR, position) for the last 28 days, top queries with a date-range filter, and AI Overview Signals — queries where a Google AI-generated answer appears to be capturing demand.
Website Hygiene
The full audit view: per-crawler matrix, full critical and important checklists, structured-data and reachability diagnostics for the brand and each tracked competitor side-by-side. Two tiers of bots are separated explicitly:
- Live retrieval — crawlers that fetch pages on demand to answer questions in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude. Blocking any of these directly removes the brand from those answers; the audit grades these as critical.
- Training corpus — crawlers that feed model pre-training. Whether to allow them is a legitimate editorial choice; the audit reports the verdicts but never grades them.
The matrix shows where competitors allow a retrieval bot the brand currently blocks — useful for explaining "why does ChatGPT cite them but not us?". Diagnostics surface JSON-LD types found on the homepage, sitemap reachability and URL count, llms.txt presence, HTTPS / HSTS, and any detected client-side framework with a SPA-fallback note.
Snapshots refresh weekly.
